Hilary K. Wheatley

Hilary focuses her practice on civil litigation, with concentration in real estate and estate planning.

Hilary also has extensive experience advising and representing planned community and condominium associations.

Hilary, a native of Columbus, Ohio, is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. Hilary was elected Vice-President of the Trial Moot Court Board and was recognized as a Public Interest Advocate by the Miller Center for Public Interest Advocacy. Following law school, she served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John C. Uhler in the York County Court of Common Pleas.  After her clerkship, she worked as an associate and managing attorney for the Pittsburgh office of a multi-state consumer litigation firm.

Hilary has served as a faculty member for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on the topics of “Boundary Law in Pennsylvania” and “Litigating the Failed Real Estate Deal.”  Outside of the office, Hilary is an active member and past-President of the Mt. Lebanon Junior Women’s Club. She also enjoys playing soccer and supporting the Ohio State Buckeyes.
